The Symptoms of Couperose
Redness
Weakened capillaries cause a lingering red complexion with the presence of small, dilated red blood vessels. An individual with Couperose may appear flushed, blushing, or blotchy for longer than a person without this condition.
Redness typically appears along the nose and cheeks. Without proper care, the flushes or patches of redness may become permanent as Couperose progresses to more advanced stages.
Dryness and Sensitivity
Couperose skin is generally thin, delicate, dry, and sensitive. Keep in mind, however, that skin types can still vary between the aforementioned and combination/oily skin.
