Does the Whitening Mask help with hyperpigmentation under eyes and around mouth?
We recommend avoiding the eye area when applying masks. Our Brightening Eye Serum can be used to help illuminate the under eye area.
Is there a difference with the Whitening Mask verses the Brightening Mask?
Thanks for your question. Our Brightening Mask with Vitamin C can be used by nearly all skin types to help brighten and clarify while being oil free. Our Whitening Mask is best suited for dry or dehydrated skin to help brighten.
My masks have dried out and are still over half full. Is there an ingredient that I can add to brring it back?
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately if the mask is dry, it is time for a new one. We do not recommend adding anything to the mask in an attempt to restore the moisture.
Why does this mask dry out so quickly and turn so hard it is not useable? I have bought this several times and it has happened. I even leave the plastic/ seal over it and just use a little hole to get it out of the container.

Why is it hard to rinse off? I literally have to rub it off and feels like the skin is covered by a waxy layer which is different from washing off other masks.
