Do you struggle with very oily skin and occasional breakouts? If the answer is yes, it sounds like your skin could benefit from a fabulous purifying facial!

Learn how to do one yourself for those times when you’re unable to hit the spa!

1. Cleanse
First and foremost, wash your face with our Botanical Cleansing Gel. If you are experiencing active acne, use our Glycolic Foaming Cleanser instead—it is a cleanser and exfoliant in one. (If you use the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser, skip to step 3.)

2. Exfoliate
While your skin is a little damp, apply our Almond and Honey Face Scrub in circular motions all over your face for about 30 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water.

3. Steam
To open up your pores and help deep-cleanse them, boil a pot of water, turn the heat off and lean over the pot at a safe distance for about three minutes.

4. Mask
Apply a thin layer of our Special Mask for Oily Skin. It contains Kaolin Clay to help draw impurities out of the skin while Calamine helps calm and soothe. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and rinse with tepid water.

With a cotton ball or wipe, swipe our Special Cucumber Cleansing Lotion on your face and neck.

6. Treatment
Apply a thin layer of our Anti-Acne Serum on areas of your face where you are prone to breaking out.

7. Eye Cream
With your ring finger, apply a small dab of our Ceramide Eye Gel on the orbital bone (the part that lies between the high cheek bone and under-eye area).

8. Moisturize
Apply our Control Moisturizer for Oily Skin on the face and neck.

With these simple eight steps, you’re on your way to more balanced skin!
