There are two types of people in this world: stick people and jar people.
You say the world isn’t so black and white (and maybe it isn’t) but when it comes to lip balm, it is that simple. You either like your balm in a stick, or prefer it in a little jar. Direct application from the tube versus dabbing the product into your lips. Cylindrical tube, or a chubby disk.
It’s that definitive.
Sure, it’s what’s on the inside that counts and the end result is all the same. Hydrating Vitamin E and soothing Beeswax in a lightweight formula help heal dry, chapped lips and leave them soft and smooth. The mode of application is what says the most about who you are.
Stick people love the ease of the tube; snap, twist, apply and voila, soothed lips as easy as 1-2-3. They’re the no-nonsense types who appreciate efficiency and leave the house prepared for anything: lip balm is always stashed in their pockets for hydration whenever, wherever. Then there’s the jar types, who love the satisfaction that comes with swirling their ring finger into a little tub of lip-saving heaven. Indulgence is an everyday luxury, time is meant to be savored. A jar is kept at the bedside, at the desk and in a handbag at the very least.
So? Do you prefer your lip balm in a stick or in a jar?
