Wake up Gorgeous: Nighttime Habits Everyone Should Follow

Some days we look better than others, but during those times when don’t look and feel our best, it's often due to lack of sleep, stress, poor skin care, and other factors.

However, if we follow certain nighttime practices, we can be confident that our skin will look glowing and healthy the next day:

Avoid Salty Foods and Booze in the Late P.M. Don’t get me wrong; enjoy your slice of pizza for dinner and a glass of wine after a long day at work, but aim to eat and drink no later than 6 or 7 p.m. or at least three hours before you hit the sack. Sodium and alcohol will contribute to water retention and lead to puffy eyes and face the following day.
