What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional add‑on that insures your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. For a small percentage of your cart total (shown at checkout), you gain peace of mind that we’ll replace or refund your items quickly if something goes wrong.
What does it cover?
Lost packages: No tracking updates for consecutive days.
Stolen (“delivered” but not received) packages: After business days of no delivery.
Damaged items: Merchandise arriving broken or unusable.
How do I add Shipping Protection to my order?
Toggle the “Add Shipping Protection” switch in your cart or at checkout. The fee will appear as a separate line item called “Shipping Protection.”
How do I file a claim?
Go to :
Enter your order number and the email used at checkout.
Follow the guided steps to upload any photos or details.
Submit—most claims are reviewed within hours.
How long does the claims process take?
Most claims are approved within business hours. Once approved we’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Is Shipping Protection refundable?
You may remove or refund Shipping Protection any time before your order ships. After fulfillment, the fee is non‑refundable.
What if my package is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for days, file a claim and we’ll investigate or replace your order.
My package was stolen. What should I do?
Wait business days to ensure it hasn’t been mis‑scanned, then file a claim. We cover porch‑piracy scenarios under Shipping Protection.
Do I need Shipping Protection if the carrier already offers insurance?
Carrier insurance is limited and can take weeks. Our Shipping Protection is faster and covers porch piracy, which carriers do not.
Who handles my claim?
Claims are handled by our partner Shipment Guard, specialists in e‑commerce shipping insurance. All you need to do is submit the short form.
