Q&A

I gently massaged after the peel dried but nothing "rolled". I didn't see any rolls. I finally washed a white powder off. What did I do wrong? Thank you.
Thanks for your question. After cleansing the skin, allow to thoroughly dry. Apply a pea sized amount in a thin layer to the skin as you would a mask, avoiding the eyes. Wait one minute, then use your fingertips to gently roll away the cream in back-and-forth motions until the entire cream layer rolls off. Follow with toner to remove any remaining trace of product.
Did you change the scent? I purchased a new one a few weeks ago and the smell was very different than the ones I had ordered before.
