What Causes The Skin To Glow AND Break Out?

acne and exercise I think we can all agree that exercise is a crucial part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Not only is it great for keeping your body fit, but it also boosts circulation and promotes a luminous glow in the skin. What could be more amazing?!

On the flipside, sweat is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria… and bacteria can lead to acne breakouts. This explains why you might experience more body acne after starting a more intense workout regimen OR when you’ve worn non-breathable fabric.
