It does feel just slightly tacky after you let it dry before putting on your moisturizer, but that goes away when you add your daily moisturizer or SPF. I have not noticed any reduction in redness, but the overall feel and appearance of my skin has improved. Safe for sensitive skin. I’ve been using it for a few months and would highly recommend."
