Q&A

Hi! I have an allergy to any mammalian based products. So bovine (cow) collagen for example. Wondering if your collagen is animal based? Marine Colleen aka fish collagen is not an issue for me. Thank you!

Should you wash your face with an additional cleanser after the cleansing oil, or is this product sufficient for washing your face prior to moving onto toner, moisturizer, etc.? I didn’t see another cleanser in the kit, but I saw that it also takes off eye makeup, so I wasn’t sure if it was mainly designed for makeup removal. Thank you!
Thanks for your question. The Cleansing Oil can be used as a stand alone cleanser or can be paired with a traditional one. We recommend pairing with Gentle Foaming Cleanser if you are looking to double cleanse.
