"I want to love this! The idea is great, just the sticky pads are so difficult to keep nice, especially to put back for reuse. Im still using it of course and like the product. Another pro and con, they are so sticky which is perfect for keeping them on. The downside of that is with more mature skin it pulls on your under eyes pretty hard when taking them off."

Great Machine - Horrible Pads

"I saw other reviews complaining about the pads but I didn’t think they would be as truly horrible as they are. The functionality of the under eye devices seems to be good. I may try to use conductive gel and lay flat or find another company that makes something usable as a replacement for the sticky pads. So glad I didn’t order extra pads to start with. They are hard to get off the paper and get them to stick to the device since they stick to your fingers. Not sure what the reasoning was in creating 2 pieces instead of a single piece per side. Good luck getting them off the device and back on the paper for future use when you are done."

"I love my red light therapy mask, but I was looking for something that would specifically target my under-eye areas. This has been a game changer, and I love how it automatically turns off per 10 minute sessions. Definitely need to be lying down or moving minimally for best results. Currently buying more to gift, even perfect for on the go convenience if you have some time to spare!"
