"Finally used this mask today. Absolutely love the results!!! The results were terrific 👏! Made my skin on my face and neck feel very tightened while it was applied. When I rinsed after 15 minutes, my face felt baby-smooth, and I actually saw a big difference on my jowls and other parts of my face!! Excellent!! Will definitely purchase again."

- Why does Mario Badescu use parabins in their products while so many consider these unsafe?
- Thanks for your question! Mario Badescu uses very minimal, safe levels of parabens in order to combat mold and bacteria in products. We base these levels on research by two independent scientific bodies, the Cosmetic Ingredient Review panel of experts in the US and the EU Scientific Committee on Consumer Products Safety. Both bodies have established safe use levels for parabens in cosmetics. Paraben use in our products is well below the safe levels established, and is used in minor amounts for product preservation. We are aware of inquiries for a paraben-free line and as we continue in the formulation of new products, we have taken this into consideration and hope to formulate items with different preservatives.

- Would this mask be suitable for dry/mature skin? I noticed it says it contains Zinc Oxide to absorb excess shine, but I don't have excess shine/oil. I like the idea of a "lift" and minimizing pores, but I don't want it to dry out my skin. Thank you!
- This mask is suitable for all skin types, but is more of a special occasion mask, good for temporarily refining and tightening large pores and minimizing the look of fine lines and wrinkles. For a more hydrating mask to use 1-3 times/week as part of your regimen, I'd recommend either the Super Collagen Mask or Rose Hips Mask.
